Terms of Use

These Terms govern your purchase of and access to Aligned Decisions. By purchasing or using the tool, you agree to these Terms.

What the tool provides

Aligned Decisions is an educational self-reflection tool that organizes information you provide and produces a values-based comparison. It does not make decisions for you, predict outcomes, or replace professional advice.

Your license

Your purchase grants one individual a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aligned Decisions. You may use the tool for your own decisions and download your own summaries. You may not share a customer-only access link, give access to another person, resell access, reproduce or distribute the tool, scrape its content, or attempt to reverse engineer it.

Lifetime access

“Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the original Aligned Decisions product while it remains offered and technically supported. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or guarantee that the product will operate indefinitely. It includes improvements to the original decision experience, but not necessarily separate products, services, coaching, or future offerings. We may update, change, replace, or discontinue features or the product as business and technical needs evolve.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries, how you interpret the results, and every decision or action you take. Consider relevant facts that the tool may not capture and consult an appropriately qualified professional when a decision carries legal, financial, health, safety, employment, business, or other significant consequences.

Availability and intellectual property

We may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, misuse, or circumstances outside our control. Aligned Decisions, including its text, design, logic, and branding, is owned by Bailey Johnson unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights transfer to you.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Decisions and Bailey Johnson will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or decisions made using the tool. Our total liability arising from the tool or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for access. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for sharing access, misuse, infringement, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms. If you receive a refund, your license and access end.

Florida law and changes

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Changes will not reduce rights already required by law.
