Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit, purchase, or use Aligned Decisions.

Your decision entries

The values, options, scores, and timing notes you enter into the decision tool are processed in your browser. Aligned Decisions does not intentionally transmit those entries to us or store them in an account or database. A decision summary is generated on your device and saved only when you choose to download it. Anyone with access to your device or downloaded file may be able to view it, so store it appropriately.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing information, payment details, device information, and other information needed to complete the transaction, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements. We receive transaction information such as your contact details, purchase, payment status, and Stripe transaction identifiers, but we do not receive your complete card number. Stripe handles information under its own privacy policy.

Website and communications

Our website and hosting providers may automatically process ordinary technical information, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we receive the information you include and use it to respond, provide support, administer purchases, and protect our rights.

How information is used and shared

We use information to process purchases, provide access and support, maintain security, prevent misuse, comply with law, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers such as Stripe and our website host, with professional advisers, when legally required, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention and security

We retain purchase, support, and business records only as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention obligations. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information held directly by us by emailing baileyleboeuf@gmail.com. We may need to retain certain records when required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Requests concerning payment information held by Stripe may also be subject to Stripe’s processes.

Children and changes

Aligned Decisions is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy by posting a revised effective date on this page.
